Your personal data on EAST

Registered users

EAST records the following personal data for registered users:

• A username internal to EAST: used as your account name. It is necessary for login, and allows EAST to trace your activity (additions, deletions, changes) to content on the site.
• An email address: used to send you administrative messages, and as a proof of your identity when registering
• First and last name: Supplied by you, they will be used when publically identifying your contributions on EAST
• An editorial role: this allows us to determine your access rights on EAST

EAST will not use this personal data for any purposes other than those specified here. EAST will not share this personal data with third parties, except for the username and first and last names through the publically accessible portions of the site.

EAST will store this personal data until you cancel your account. In order to track contributions to EAST, EAST will retain your full name and username even after that time.

Unregistered users

EAST does not record personal data for unregistered users.
