Śākyabuddhi gives his name as Mang po len pa'i bu [la sogs pa] (Pramāṇavārttikaṭīkā [rma dge ba’i blo gros (Subhūtiśrīśānti?), trans. mid-11th century] 313b2 ), *Bāhuleya[ādi] (Watanabe 渡辺 1976); life dates 2nd half 6th century.
